| ①,允許六角面所有邊緣和棱角略有圓鈍。 ②,六角面與凸緣頂面結(jié)合處的圓角半徑R不得大于螺釘公稱直徑的0.15倍。 ③,若以小數(shù)規(guī)定公稱直徑，應(yīng)省略小數(shù)前和小數(shù)點后第四位的零。 ④,十字槽插入測量深度由開槽槽深和十字槽槽深兩部分組成，由于凹穴槽深的變化是客觀存在的，故十字槽插入測量深度可由制造者和用戶協(xié)商確定。 ⑤,最小槽深比開槽六角頭的槽深約小10%。凹穴型凹穴底部以下的槽深度應(yīng)不小于最小槽深規(guī)定值的的1/3。 |

Machine screws can be made to any length, but they are generally produced in fractional length increments of 1/16 in. for screws up to 5/8 in. long, 1/8 in. for screws over 5/8 in. through 1-1/2 in. long, and 1/4 in. for screws over 1-1/2 in. long.
